Steven Reitano is an accomplished and results-oriented program manager with over 30 years of experience in the consulting and professional services industry, leading complex, customer-facing technology implementations. He has a proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale partner programs, training initiatives, and process improvements. 

Steven has held key leadership positions at companies such as Deluxe Corporation, DXC Technologies, HP/HPE, and EDS where he has been responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnership programs, managing global alliance programs, and leading architect development programs. He has a track record of driving significant growth and improving efficiency and scalability.


Steven Howard is an award-winning author and globally recognized leadership expert with more than 40 years of international experience. His career spans senior roles in marketing, sales, and business development, including leadership positions at Texas Instruments Asia-Pacific, TIME Magazine, BBDO, and Citibank.

For over three decades, Steven has trained and coached more than 12,000 leaders across the U.S., Asia, Australia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America. His clients include Citicorp, ExxonMobil, HPE, Merck, DBS Bank, CVS Health, Micron, Motorola Solutions, Rackspace Technology, and many others.

He is best known for creating the concept of Humony Leadership, a mindset blending humanity and harmony in the workplace. In 2023, Steven was named one of the Top 200 Global Voices on Leadership and was also featured on the CREA List of influential innovators and thought leaders.

A seasoned facilitator and Certified Virtual Instructor, Steven brings a multicultural perspective shaped by 36 years living in Singapore, Australia, and Mexico. He has authored 26 books on leadership, communication, and decision-making.
